As a co-founder of elemental consulting, I partner with leaders to tackle change together. With over 25 years of experience and having worked with hundreds of teams (and been through my own burnout), I know how vital authentic leadership and real connections are for getting results.

Together, we’ll set clear goals, streamline decision-making, and enhance collaboration to see real impact. My clients have boosted productivity by up to 25% and improved team engagement scores by 20%. In my workshops, I weave an experience to create a dynamic space where teams can come together. I also provide one-on-one coaching for leaders, helping them connect with their purpose and build the skills they need to inspire their teams. In addition to my work with elemental consulting, I am the Board Chair for the LB Research and Education Foundation and volunteer my services in my community. I live in San Francisco with my partner, two teenage boys and two kitties. In my free time, you’ll find me on my yoga mat, hiking, cooking, drinking wine and traveling.
